Deneb:
The brightest star in the constellation Cygnus, the Swan. The name Deneb is derived from the Arabic phrase Al Dhanab al Dajajah, which means “The Hen’s Tail” and indicates Deneb’s position in Cygnus. Deneb travels a high arc through the northern skies from late July through October and is visible throughout the northern hemisphere.
